We would proudly provide your event with the ultimate in authentic, always-fresh, slow-smoked barbecues - ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, pulled chicken and many other offerings such as ultimate pork, brisket or chicken tender tacos, sandwiches, loaded fries, homemade chips, southern homemade macaroni & cheese, Mom's sweet potato souffle, and more. Our sauces are our own unique recipes - mustard-based, tomato-based, and white barbecue sauces, along with our Sweet Heat, H2 (hot as heck) Chombo sauce, etc.
